Cancellations
Customers may cancel their order within 48 hours of placement by providing written notice. Please note that our Terms of Trade conditions apply, and certain exclusions may be in place depending on the type of order or service.
Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Items that have been used, damaged, or are missing original packaging may not be accepted for return or may be subject to a restocking fee.
Refund Processing
Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method. Please note that refund processing times may vary. If you experience delays, we recommend checking with your bank or credit card provider. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, which is non-refundable. If a refund is granted, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the total amount refunded. The time taken for exchanged products to reach you may vary depending on your location and courier service used.
Shipping Assurance
For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning items. Exotic Electrical NZ Limited cannot guarantee receipt of returned products unless they are tracked.
